THE CHALLENGE

An academy since 2006, the school was using its new status to reverse a previous downward trend. The senior management team’s priorities were to give the school a greater sense of unity, to raise standards and expectations in every area of school life, and to ensure that parents received a very different impression of the academy.

THE CO-DEVELOPED SOLUTION

The school wanted a smart, upbeat publication that promoted efforts to improve the quality of education. The impressive design of The Griffin matched the academy’s emerging image, filled with success stories, plans and community initiatives. Ofsted praised staff’s efforts to engage parents, while staff say students can’t wait to receive it.
